I was invited to attend the Lippincott Nursing Education Innovation Summit as a representative of New York City College of Technology. This in-person conference was held in Scottsdale, AZ on February 27 – 29, 2020 (14.75 hrs). It included a pre-conference workshop on NCLEX-Style Item Writing.

When we adjusted to a locked down world due to the pandemic, conferences transitioned to a virtual environment. While convenient, there is no substitute for in-person learning and networking.
The first conference to convert to a virtual platform I attended was the CUNY-NYSIM Simulation Summit on April 3, 2020.
