Attached is a link to the OER Leadership course I developed while participating in a fellowship at New York City College of Technology. The course uses reflective learning to develop self-awareness of leadership competencies in novice nurse leaders. It meets the New York State requirement of RN to BS and generic BS nursing programs if a clinical component is included.
